Object Level
Data Lineage at Object level for SAC Entities.
We export two files: one with all the relations of SAC Entities (“Relations”) and one with more details about the entities (“Details”).

These parameters are displayed per object:

Information in Relations file
In the “Relations” file, only entities connected in the data lineage are included, e.g., a View with its base tables.
This information is displayed:

Nodes: ID of Objects with a relation to another
-
Edges: Relation ID, ID of Source and Target Object.
Data Access Controls are not part of the Relations file and sources of Intelligent Look-Ups are not considered in the Relations file.
Field Level
Data Lineage at Field level for Datasphere entities.
The current state of implementation is that we show the buildups Tables, Remote Tables, Views and Intelligent Lookups. For Views, the columns are identified as Attributes, Measures, or Calculated Columns.
The data type, length, scale, and aggregation of the columns are shown.
Field Mapping is currently not available.
